E&B Group plc are introducing a ‘Construction Forum’ primarily to engage people who may be seeking a career in construction, irrespective of sector, practice or discipline.

Members from the range of E&B Group plc construction brands with guest speakers aided by presentations and project overviews will pose the question “is construction for you?” Education establishments will be invited and emphasis put on why a career in construction should be considered, and especially with the current skills shortage. A survey compiled by the Learning and Skills Council, a Government Training Agency, found that construction had the second worst recruitment problems in British Industry.
